Concrete Precast Products, Inc. is locally owned and operated in Gainesville, Florida. It was established in 2011 when the owners of Cement Precast Products decided to retire and sell the company after 50+ years in business. Much of that company's equipment and inventory was purchased and arrangements were made to continue the precast manufacturing business at the same location. We take pride in building on Cement Precast's 50-year history of producing quality precast products for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.
